Slight variation in the product from the picture is bound to take place as its the beauty of handmade products. Each product is individually crafted for each customer and hence will not be eligible for refund.

In case of a product defect (i.e holes or cuts in the fabric) it can be exchanged within 5 days of recieving order. To exchange an item just email us on thehouseoftamarind@gmail.com. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

We advise you to make a video on the initial opening of our product to make exchange possible.
